This is an ecological hotel where you will find nature in its splendor, an ideal place to relax, forget about the stress from work or the city. You will view majestic Lake Atitlán from any room with the Cristalinas hill behind it. Lake Atitlán is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.Each bedroom has been individually decorated, they have private bathroom, hot water and comfortable beds. There are viewing points and "hang around" areas for every preference, in our ample corridors you will find benches and hammocks to enjoy the view and a good conversation. Everything was built on a stone base, preserving the rustic style, grace and functionality.
We invite you to walk and explore the hotel surroundings, always exercising the normal "off road" precautions and keeping in the walking paths. You can also use freely the Temascal (Mayan typed sauna) and the Jacuzzi. Our hotel also have a private dock which you can use to swim in the lake or take a row with one of our kayaks at your disposition.
Eco Hotel Uxlabil is integrated to the Maya Tzutuhil community of San Juan La Laguna, Sololá. We recommend you a walk through the streets of this serene and clean community. Ask about their customs, traditions and crafts, purchase directly from them fine textiles and primitivistic or ¨naif¨ paintings. Enjoy an unforgettable experience of brotherhood. Our helpful staff is always available to help you organize activities according to your needs, like "Swedish Massages" and a variety of guided tours to the community (coffee tours, local fishing lessons, walks, etc.).
